• Versatile booking options: Although our retreat is known for its Ayurveda packages, we also offer the option of booking rooms without an Ayurveda program. Our online booking platform is available for this purpose.
• Flexible Ayurveda offers: You can decide to choose individual Ayurveda treatments only after your arrival to enhance your well-being.
• Recommended length of stay: To fully experience the positive effects of our rejuvenation package, we recommend a stay of at least 7 nights.
• Panchakarma Package: For deep cleansing and renewal, you should plan a minimum stay of 14 nights for the Panchakarma Package to take full effect. Children on retreat: Family is important and although we welcome children on retreat, we would like to point out that Ayurveda treatments are not available for children under the age of 12.
• Room categories and allocation: Your anticipation is important to us, so we will confirm your booking based on room category. The final room number will be assigned to you upon arrival and we will endeavor to accommodate your preferences based on availability.
• Information for expectant mothers: If you suspect that you are pregnant, please contact our reservations team in advance, as certain Ayurveda treatments are not recommended during pregnancy.
• Important medical information: For a customized treatment, it is essential that you send us your medical report to [email protected] as soon as your booking is confirmed with us.

Payment modalities

To book and confirm your stay with us, our reservations team will carefully guide you through each step of the process and ensure that you receive all the necessary information. To confirm your booking, it is necessary to pay the Ayurveda treatment package in full in advance. The remaining balance for your retreat accommodation package is again due two weeks prior to your arrival. All transactions are made through our reliable and secure payment links, which allow you a smooth and protected money transfer.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy at PARK AM SEE
Our cancellation policy has been developed to ensure both your flexibility and our planning security: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, a fee of 20% will be charged. In the event of cancellation for important reasons, this amount will be deposited with us in the form of a credit which you can use for a future booking within one year. Cancellations made between 29 and 11 days before the planned arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount. If the booking is canceled between 10 days and 4 days before your arrival, 75% of the booking amount will be charged. Cancellation within 3 days of arrival will incur a charge of 85% of the total booking amount. If you cancel after your arrival or if you decide to end your stay early, the full booking amount will be charged. We recommend that you check our cancellation policy carefully before finalizing your booking. If you have any questions or concerns, our reservations team is always available to help you find the right options for you.

For this reason, alcohol is not served on our premises and smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Tipping practice
Our PARK AM SEE follows an inclusive tipping policy that favors a collective system. Instead of giving individual tips to our staff, we ask you to use the tip boxes at reception and in the restaurant. You are welcome to place your desired amount in an envelope and deposit it there - we will then ensure that your generous gesture is shared fairly among all team members. Travel information

Your journey to us at PARK AM SEE
Discover our Ayurveda Cure Hotel PARK AM SEE, your destination for Ayurveda Wellness Cure and Ayurveda Panchakarma Cure in the heart of the beautiful Mecklenburg Lake District. We strive to make your arrival as pleasant as possible, with various options for your journey:

• By car: It is approx. 250 km from Hamburg and approx. 130 km from Berlin to our hotel. Both cities offer good highway connections that will take you directly to the center of relaxation and traditional Ayurveda cures.
• By train:We offer a special service for our guests who would like to reach a medical Ayurveda treatment or a relaxing Ayurveda wellness vacation comfortably by train. Travel to Neustrelitz station and let us know your arrival time in advance. We will be happy to arrange a shuttle service to pick you up and take you directly to our Ayurveda retreat.
• Flight and transfer:The nearest international airports are Berlin and Hamburg. From there you can either take a train to Neustrelitz or use a rental car to drive directly to us.
• Important note for our guests: If you are arriving by train, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange your transportation from Neustrelitz to our Holistic Ayurveda Centre without any complications.
