Petra has been practicing yoga for over 23 years and brings a rich blend of experience as a physiotherapist, sports physiotherapist, and medically certified yoga teacher. Her teaching style has been shaped by training with a wide range of renowned international teachers and therapeutic yoga traditions.
With her strong medical background, Petra places great emphasis on healthy alignment, safe movement, and effective posture correction, making her sessions particularly suitable for guests seeking mindful, body-aware practice.
During her stay, Petra will offer yoga sessions that beautifully complement our Ayurvedic treatments and holistic healing programs.
