Our Policy at a Glance
If you’re unable to take your stay as planned, the following terms apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: A fee of 20% of the booking amount applies. Please note: if the cancellation is for a valid reason, we’ll hold this amount as credit for you, which you can use toward a future booking with us within one year.
- 29 to 11 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
- 10 to 4 days before arrival: We charge a fee of 75% of the booking amount.
- From 3 days before arrival: For a very short-notice cancellation, 85% of the total invoice amount applies.
- No-show or early departure: Please understand that if you cancel immediately before your stay begins, fail to arrive without prior notice, or end your cure early, the full booking amount (100%) becomes due.
Preparing for the Unforeseen
To protect yourself against unexpected events and financial risk, we warmly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This gives you extra peace of mind to prepare for your cure without any worries.
