How to Book Your Ayurveda Retreat

Payment Terms

• Deposit: The amount for the Ayurveda package immediately upon confirmation of the booking and the remaining for the accommodation package 30 days prior to the arrival.If the arrival date falls within 30 days, the full package amount must be transferred after the booking confirmation
• Balance Payment: Due no later than 30 days before arrival
• Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer  
• We will first provide the booking confirmation with the payable amount. Once the payment is received, we will share the amended booking confirmation showing the payable amount as Zero

Cancellation Policy

• If the booking is canceled upto 30 days before arrival, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. There is a special regulation whereby this amount of 20% remains with us as a credit valid for one year if the booking is canceled for valid reasons.
• If the booking is canceled between 29 and 11 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If the booking is canceled between 10 days and 4 days before arrival, 75% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If the booking is canceled within 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, 85% of the invoice amount will be charged.
• If the booking is canceled after arrival at our retreat or in the event of early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. 

Additional Information

• Minimum Stay: We provide short stays 
• Check-in / Check-out: Arrival from 2:00 PM; departure by 11:00 AM
• Target Group: Adults aged 18 and over only
• The entire premises are smoke-free;the property allows pets in specific categories, subject to additional charges.

Location & Travel: Schlosspark Alt Rehse, 130 km from Berlin – easily accessible by train and car. Transfer service available on request.
