We are happy to welcome Shabnam Ananda as a Visiting Guest Teacher at Retreat Park Am See from July 15 to July 25, 2026.
Shabnam is an experienced yoga teacher and mentor with over 25 years of personal yoga practice. Her work focuses on heart-centered, embodied yoga, combining gentle movement, breath awareness, mindfulness, and self-reflection.
With a background in transpersonal psychology, Shabnam creates calm and supportive spaces where guests can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gently explore emotional and inner balance. Her sessions are grounded, accessible, and guided with sensitivity, making them suitable for guests seeking a deeper, more mindful yoga experience.
During her stay, Shabnam’s sessions will complement our Ayurvedic treatments and wellness programs, supporting guests on both a physical and emotional level.
