This autumn we welcome breathwork facilitator Pascal Achiti to Retreat Park Am See Nattika for a special 14-day programme, thoughtfully integrated with our Ayurvedic treatments and daily yoga. It is a natural companion to the Nattika path: not doing more, but understanding yourself and staying in balance.
